Weight training

Weight training is suitable for beginners to the more advanced, from teenage to men and women into their seventies.

Our three fully equipped gymnasiums give our customers more choice and enable us to cater for a variety of needs, whether training to lose weight and tone up, or gain weight and body build.

Special programme’s can be given for sports people wishing to gain a strength and fitness advantage for their activity as well as for remedial purposes to regain strength after an accident or injury.

With the guidance of our qualified and friendly staff, a routine can be custom designed to meet your particular requirements. From absolute beginner, to a long standing devotee or anything in between. Telephone The Fitness Factory and speak to an instructor, or come along and see the facilities for yourself.

One to one instruction is available by appointment.

GYM 1 -FITNESS GYM

Trim and tone your body with our multi gym and dumbbells. Improve your fitness and burn body fat with our concept 2 rowers, cross trainer, bikes and step climbers. Work out on your own, or with friend, or join with others in our regular circuit classes.

GYM 2 – BODY BUILDING GYM

In a separate room, but not far away. This section is fully equipped for building a superb physique with a large array of both free weight and machines.

GYM 3 – POWERLIFTING GYM

With three Olympic sets and a variety of leg training machines to help develop power and strength.
