Steve Milton qualified as a sports massage therapist in 19196 through the Association of Physical & Natural Therapists. In 1999 Steve graduated as an osteopath after five years of study with the College of Osteopaths. In 2000 he became a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council.

Since that time he has had a clinic at The Fitness Factory, a long standing and well established gym and health club in Newport, IOW. A business that he has owned & managed since 1984, teaching fitness exercise, strength coaching & rehabilitation to thousands of clients for more than 35 years.

In May 2020 Steve retired as an Osteopath but continues to work as a Sports Massage & Manual Therapist. He uses ‘hands on’ gentle or deep tissue massage with stretching & joint mobility techniques. This treatment helps to overcome muscular stiffness and restore natural balance and mobility, so that the client can function efficiently with minimum stress, pain & discomfort.
